We'll talk about what you're interested in regarding the direction of your home. Tell us what's important to you, show us inspiration photos, and tell us how you live. We'll listen and gather information on what matters most to you. From there, our team will begin designing your home.
Once you're comfortable to sign a contract, specifications and plans will be sent to your lender for approval. If needed, you'll work to obtain loan commitment from your lender, or ask us about our builder financing. If needed, we can suggest lenders as well.
DESIGN & selections
Even for those who have been through the building process before, many can become overwhelmed with all the decisions that need to be made. We'll walk you though a series of three to four design meetings, with our in-house designers, to plan every part of your new home. We'll assist you with choosing options and materials that come together to make up your new home.
From pouring the foundation walls to trusses being set, then tile floors being installed, we'll walk you through the build along with our talented carpenters. This exciting process comes together as the home starts to be transformed from plans to an actual house. Our project manager will coordinate the construction process with our framing and finishing carpenters, suppliers, and vendors.
Once final inspections are completed, a representative from our staff will conduct the final walk-through with you, and move in date will be confirmed. After 30 days, a work day is scheduled for our staff or sub-contractors to return to make any repairs that are noticed after you move in.
