We have an in-house CADD Technician who prepares new construction plans for clients and sub-

contractors. The design team keeps track of engineering of roof and floor truss systems, material takeoffs, and verifying window placement, as well as many other details. Our staff will create and customize plans to best utilize the spaces which are most important to you.

 

When you build with Heffron Homes, we provide interior and exterior design consultation, where our designers assist clients with the many decisions and selections when building a new home such as cabinetry selections (featuring mid-level to high end lines); major brands of countertop surfaces & hardware; selection of interior and exterior finishes; may consult on design, color selections, and space planning as well as furniture layout, and art / accessory placements.

Our showroom has displays and samples from many different interior and exterior selections so clients are able to touch and feel exactly what they choose for their future home.
